Roden Gray and Lululemon Just Dropped the Baddest Workout Gear in the Game

You know how sometimes all it takes is the right song to get you pumped for a workout? Eminem’s “Lose Yourself,” maybe, or that one Jay-Z and Linkin Park joint they always use in movie trailers, or any other rock-inflected hip-hop hit from the early aughts. You slip on your headphones, press play, and boom, you’re ready to get your Rocky training montage on. Workout clothes are kind of the same way—the right gear can get you primed and ready to reach your goals. And we’re personally hyped about this new training gear collaboration from Vancouver menswear boutique Roden Gray and Lululemon.

The seven-piece collection fuses military-inspired detailing—like stiff cotton drawcords and stencilled lettering—with athletic functionality, in the form of sweat-wicking fabrics, bonded seam construction and reflective paneling. The resulting garments will stand up to your fiercest performances in the gym, but also keep you looking fresh when you rock ’em in the streets.
